Our long-term experience with the construction of stainless steel pools has lead to the development of processes for the assembly of stainless steel pools, which are the same for both the construction of new pools and for reconstruction of original concrete pools. The technological process guarantees quick and most importantly accurate assembly of the stainless steel body.
Assembly of pools can be divided into three parts
Firstly, the 3 – 5 meters long side walls of the pool including a spillway trough are mounted onto a prepared base plate or sheet. After settling, these walls are leveled out and anchored to the base sheet.
After assembly of the side walls, the foundations under the bottom of the pool are filled and leveled with compacted sandy gravel fill material, on which is placed a smooth or non-slip (perforated) stainless steel panel, determined for the base of the pool. All piping systems, including adjustable base jets with flow regulation are placed into the fill material.
The side walls are then filled with sand and subsequently with soil. This work is performed around the pool so that the whole pool is passivated and is prepared for use. In this way it is possible to build any kind of pool or reconstruct original concrete pools in a very short period of time and without complicated construction work. The great advantage of stainless steel pools is the possibility to incorporate a range of accessories whereby increasing the attractiveness of the pool.
